Surely with that budget he could get an A3 2.0Tdi DPF 170 which I had as a company car and it was fantastic

The 170 is a very new engine, he'd get a 140 though.

Oh god yes, yes you are. IMO its just too much of a hairdressers car, i just dislike the looks. The 225 version is powerful enough, but the fact that they even make a lesser version is what annoys me. It's like they didnt design it with performance in mind? More marketability to wimminz.
