16 year old bullying a Syrian refugee with a broken arm, choking and waterboarding him

That thread title; such hyperbolic bullflop.

Has broken arm? Check.

Choking? Check.

Waterboarding? Check.

Where is the hyperbole? Are you blind?

Oh, nevermind. Had a quick browse through your post history. Explains it all. I suppose the thread title wouldn't have been such a problem for you if it was a Syrian doing this to a lovely little white fella?

Do you even know what waterboarding is? Because all I saw was him splashing a bit of water onto his face from a drinking bottle. Like I said, hyperbolic bullflop!

Transparent as a window. Anything to add about the rest of the video? Or do you just take offence to it not being enough water for you? Priorities, of course.

From the thread title I was expecting something much worse than what was shown in the video. Not quite waterboarding, plenty of kids got worse back when I was at school.

That kind of behaviour and bullying in general is never acceptable though.

I think the fact that he has a broken arm already and is choke slammed is bad enough. Though yes, definitely seen worse when I was at school; like when a kid stabbed another with a fork in the canteen.

Bullying is bullying, why does it matter where the victim is from?

Ah, concerned with the bullying now are we? Lol. The thread title is important part of this thread, haven't you realised?

Haha, this thread.

Haha, another one with a certain post history. Wow, are you guys like flies to ****? Must've seen Syrian in the title and flocked like birds. ;)

I once had a "waterboard experience" on one of those days where you see how tough you would be against interrogation. Can tell you despite thinking I lasted 30+ seconds, it was closer to 10. Truly horrible.

I've read similar, it's why it's an interrogation technique in the first place. Easy to administer and quickly effective.

Just seen another useless attempt at trying to pull sympathy from inflating an incident and creating buzzword headlines for something that happens every minute of every day to every race and religion at schools around the country, your video is pure garbage, the fact you expect some kind of uproar and group hugging circle counselling is absolutely laughable.

Of course mate, surely you've never used an incident that happens to all races (or is commited to by all races) to fit a certain agenda you might have. Oh, wait... lol.

A kid with a broken arm getting bullied is "pure garbage" is it? Hope that never happens to one your kids one day mate. Don't think you'll find it so garbage then.

Again, bullying is bullying, are you saying people of a certain skin colour/ethnicity should be given special treatment or their cases treated differently to any other victims of bullying?

I think largely the motive for kids is irrelevant, kids pick on others for all sorts of reasons, not sure why "race" is anything to be highlighted.

Well, whilst the balance of probabilities (at least given the information that has come out of the incident) lie with the bullying being race related, it wasn't why I included the race.

Any kid getting bullied is equally sad. But one that also has a known ****** situation going on on top of that makes it even worse. Like being a Syrian refugee. Not because of race, but because of being a refugee of a war-torn country. It was included to add depth to the situation. Notice how the title wasn't "White racist bully..."

I'd also feel extra sad if it was a kid getting bullied whilst his mum had recently died, or if they came from abject poverty etc.

But obviously, putting Syrian in the title made all you "types" flock to the thread.

I haven't no and I have no agenda, unlike this post of yours.

Of course not mate. You must have forgotten your own post history. Luckily it's there for you to go back and read.

Whilst this thread actually had no initial agenda, except to highlight an incident of low-life bullying that had happened, a few of you turned it into...well, this.

You framed the title for the express purpose of drawing the very reactions you seem unhappy to receive, its not even done with any subtlety at all.

Who knows the reality behind it? Instead of racially antagonising, you should be happy that the entire event was recorded, and witnessed by what seems at least tens of people. I am more than sure justice will be served, and its arguably ONE positive thing about dumb kids recording everything they do on smart phones.

Ah yes, on one hand "who knows the reality behind it?" but on the other hand "I can read your mind and I definitely know why you titled the thread the way you did and you're not even subtle, even though you've said otherwise".

Leave that for you to figure out.

OP you are a bit weird.

School kid bullying another kid shock horror.

I'm weird for posting an incident of bullying?

Shock horror, people posting videos on internet forums. How incredibly weird.

Edit: Nevermind, you've been posting about castrating migrants. No wonder you find this "weird". Lmao.

£27k quid. It's a strange world. I'm surprised there are not a lot of fake 'incidences' (maybe there are ofc). You know where little Peter is pushed and filmed by big Bill only to end up being donated £50k.

Ha, there probably are tbh. But I guess many people are happy to take the risk of being scammed by a fake situation, if it means they get to genuinely contribute to helping someone honest.

Not the weirdest GoFundMe I've seen mind you. Some American teacher was donated over $180k after he beat a kid in his classroom. Tbf, the kid was an absolute twot but still... $180k lol. https://uk.gofundme.com/for-mr-riley

Yes because it happens every day to how many other people. What makes this one worthy of being posted? Oh because he's Syrian. Boo hoo.

Lots of things happen everyday to lots of people. Guess no one should post anything?

Castrating migrants? Err what? You really are a weirdo.

Why are you afraid to own up to your own words? Come on mate, it's an internet forum. No need to be scared. Own your opinions. :) Especially how you feel safer when there are no black people around, ey?

Just understand those opinions make it blatantly obvious why you object to this thread so much.

Indeed.

Throwing water in somebodies face != waterbording lol.

Bullying is wrong, there's no need to overplay/sensationalise it with outrageous thread titles >.>

I mean I just literally copied the thread title from the source I found the video at, but I did find it pretty amusing that the title was such a concern to so many of you. Was extra amusing when it turned out that for those who took issue with the thread title had a particular theme with regards to their beliefs about foreigners. Just a coincidence though, I'm sure.

saw this earlier too, kinda similar but worse

Yeah that's ****** up. Common theme of being a minority in the situation and thus getting picked on. And to hear the teachers attitude of "That's just kids" or whatever is so messed up. It's why all the extended bullying gets to happen in the first place. Do these teachers not remember what it is like to be a kid? Or are their hands so tied that they can't do anything? In both cases the lack of action at prolonged bullying is ridiculous.
