My friend is selling 160GB Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 10 SATA x2 for £60 , are still sealed with g`tee or is better i should go for

Are they still sealed with guarantee? If they are used I would spend the extra and buy new, you can get a single 320 for not much more.

Wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. Spend some extra and get a more reliable drive such as Seagate.

Right thats it for me, never again will I buy a maxtor product

I was sold a dodgy drive that was ment for a company called Trigem, but nowhere on the drive has it got any marks saying so, it just looks like an ordinary maxtor drive just like my other ones. I dont know if they are just washing their hands of me or somebody rooked me

Seagate drives all the way from now on
