The official most common pronunciations of the word "pwned" are [pawned] and [poʊned]. Considering there is no conceivable "a" sound, and "o" flows a lot better, I think the correct pronunciation is [poʊned].

This is likely to go the way of the sandwich debate, though (One sandwich cut in half gives you two sandwiches!)
