Pro Evo 5 is a winner if you like footy.

I guess that'll run on a fairly low spec PC.

Assuming you're willing to host servers that are also available to the inet, Savage is great for network play and runs on lowish spec machines.

We went one step further and have ran a giant 100m network cable between two houses

Though I really hope nobody from BT notices the extra cable hooked around their phone pole.

Me and my Brother play COD2 together, but our Machines are upstairs and downstairs, its fun, but not as much as if we were next to each other.
Suppose I could always move my Machine for a bit.
