All i wanted to know is when they would be for sale and how much they will cost.I wanted to treat myself for my birthday but seeing some saying end of oct which is past my birthday i thought Ill wait and see what nvidia comes up with next year.

People have said multiple times, it is generally thought to be available by mid next month.

You currently have a pretty good GPU though, so waiting probably isn't going to be a hardship.

october 14th is the release date people, dont get your hopes up that 23th september becuse its lies.

i have been given the information straight from the horses mouth these cards will not be released this month.

There's very little chance that ATI will do a paper launch. If NDA is up on the 23rd the cards will be available then. Maybe not in huge quantities but they will be available.
