28681 - the number of ATI fanboys that wished they waited for Fermi.
This will never happen for many reasons.
Firstly those who bought a 5870 at launch bought over 6 months ago.
Secondly if fermi is significantly better than 5870, say 25%+, then Nvidia will charge 50% more than the 5870.
So basically there will be nothing to be disappointed about.
GTX480 power consumption at full load is nearly 130W more than HD5870,full load Temperature is 92℃.
That sounds incredibly bad. It also says that temperature rose to as much as 98C before the fans started kicking in and brought it to 92C.

Personally i can't afford (nor do I wish)to change my card so not bothered if it's faster than my 5870 but be interested to know how much faster (if at all).
5 - 10% faster would be a complete letdown considering how long they've worked on it.
