The ones at £360 are flashed to 290x, the £320 ones are flashed but still 290s.

Correct they are flashed, but the shavers are still 2560. So the only advantage is:
1000MHz core
Voltage unlocked for enhanced OC

im guessing they went with waterblocks as these are probably a lot faster and reliable to fit than a fan and heatsink with the vrm fins etc. Shame
