.

I'm dealing with 4th dimension at the moment, they have my bike and are repairing at the moment.
They've been fine so far and let me know what's going on.

Unfortunately i'm waiting until middle of January for the decals.

Just note that 4th Dimension are just repairers essentially. Everything else should be done through the policy underwriters.

I've been battling with 4th Dimensions since September and am finding them awful. Dealing with them is utter hell. Avoid if possible.

So MCE keep asking me to get in touch with other companies (three in total: Plantec, 4th dimension and solicitors) to sort out various aspects and it's starting to get on my ****! Everything keeps going back and forth and I'm in the middle of these four companies who keep telling me to contact a different one for each aspect of the claim.

I think I want to go down the route of getting another company to manage everything for me, does anyone have any recommendations?

Any experience with either chap?

No mate sorry, I spoke to Bikelawyer at the show and they seemed a nice helpful bunch, and whitedalton got recommended to me a few times after my accident from people who said they helped them.
