Thankfully, it doesn't look too bad! Check your fork alignment. I barely dropped mine and it threw it right out.

Glad to hear you're ok!

Fork alignment is perfect, it rode exactly the same over the rest of the 2.5k km tour as it did just before I low sided it.

Once I put it back to stock and remove the crash protection the only parts I need to replace are rear pillion arm and rear brake pedal.

Low sided on a hairpin turn. In hindsight I think it was having a 20kg ruck sack and riding like normal.

So there's only damage to things you can easily replace? You were lucky tbh. :p

It's been designed that way with the crash protection I purchased.

Back to stock:
- T2082090 FOOTREST HANGER, RH, FINISHED £103.38
- PFKL1203706BRAKE PEDAL ASSY £73.09

Or if I want to replace the bar end mirror too, add:
- A9638060 BAR END MIRROR KIT, BLACK £95.00

I would only add the mirrors if I was keeping the bike. Actually if I keep it I'd sell the mirrors and get some non bar end mirrors as they are really annoying.

I'd leave the crash protection, and just strip it off when I sell it and sell separately.

It can put people off, as other than the protection and the 2 minor pieces that I'd replace it's mint.

Obviously if someone asked I'd tell them it's been dropped, and then they'd look all over for evidence and be confused :p

Triumph parts are very expensive!

Yup, Triumph bits are expensive!

This was my list of expenses when I was knocked off:
