You're taking it too literal, it also doesn't say before midday. Near mid day could easily mean 2PM too.

Well they've a funny idea of "near" midday possibly meaning 2 hours later. Surely if it was 2pm they just would have said 2pm, as everyone knows that's generally when reviews go live, today with threadripper being an obvious example of that.

Well unless something special happens with the drivers and presuming it's mining performance is on par with the Vega FE , then you won't have to battle miners as they wont be interested in it's terrible hash rates and power usage.
