1900XT underperforming?

10636 in 05, is that low?
I'm using the latest omega drivers, my cpu is at stock, and the XT is set to run at 650/725 in ATITool. I'm pretty sure it's changing the speeds as it plays a .wav as it drops in and out of 3d mode as 3dm starts and ends (the ati processes are disabled in task manager too).
 
Phew, as long as I'm in the ballpark for what the card should get I'm happy - probably won't use 3dm for another 2 years now too heh :)
