You could reuse the hard drive in a new build if you are planning on giving the rest of the pc to your other Son.
8700K and RTX 2060. The other 2060 above is a bit cheaper, but the dual fan model should run a bit cooler/quieter. You also get Battlefield V or Anthem with the gpu.
Case is personal pref so you might want to change that. Just make sure it can fit the cooler. The H5 is 168mm so take that into account if going with that cooler and a different case.
