2 SATS's - Basic / Dynamic settings. Which is best ?

Hi,

I've just bought another HDD to whack in my computer. When i've come to format it I can either choose Basic or Dynamic.

I've had a thorough look through Google etc. but nothing tells me weather the performance increases/decreases with either setting.

My system is on the Basic 160GB partition but I don't know what to format the 2nd 320GB SATA too.

Dynamic lets you span and use Windows built in RAID. No performance difference at all.
