£200..spec me an upgrade.

I have just recieved some early christmas money and have got about £160 to spend on my pc.
I am thinking a new monitor around £120 and then some more ram (only have 2gb) for around £40?
What monitor would be recommended for around 120?
I have been looking at the BenQ G2220HD,BenQ G2222HDL,Iiyama ProLite E2208HDD or even the OcUK Cream 23.6".
Then the ram i have been looking at getting off MM. What are the cheap SSD's like? i could possibly stretch the one of them instead of the ram.
So what monitor is the best for around 120? any of the ones i listed any good?

Its good, only issue I have just seen is its D-sub input only, no DVi

Get a 3D 120hz monitor from Overclockers, might cost more but it'll save you money in the long run.
