Brazil have problems - Mechanic is still working on the car after the 30 second time limit.

New Zealand have stalled as well.

Brazil will be penalised.

Grid will now reform, 1 lap taken off the total race length, so no penalty for Brazil and NZ...

Feature race has been reduced to 35 laps - we will have another parade lap.

We are yet to be aware of any penalties for New Zealand and Brazil.
