montoya is lucky he hit that drain cover with his right front tyre. If he had hit it with the nose of the car then the drain cover would have punched through into the cockpit and probably killed him outright by chopping him in half

Probably would have launched the car instead. The drivers are so far back now. They feet are behind the axle now.

They used to hace the axle between their ankles and knees...

Not that comfy and also lethal.
