2005 French Grand Prix

Surprise surprise - both Mclarens were running very heavy.

I also think that the McLaren is the only car with a big enough fuel tank to do a 1 stopper..
 
Montoya is ahead of M.Schumacher...

Raikkonen should be able to get in front of them both...

Also - anyone notice how once again Ferrari were the first of the front teams to blink and dive into the pits?

Sato off the track - Lost it at the hairpin...braked far far far too late.
 
Also - remember that M.Schumacher was shortfuelled in his first stop - he'll need either a long second or third stop to make it to the end.

Massa pits on lap 30..eh?

All credit for Toyota to be able to hold up the Ferrari's...
