Qualifying 2 results - as I get them. Again - hidden until the ITV show starts. *Now revealed*
It's getting on the warm side there already:
Track is at 45°C and climbing
Air temp is at 38°C and climbing
Nice breeze though - 3.5m/s
Running order:
Friesacher
Albers
Monteiro
Karthikeyan
Villeneuve
Barrichello
Coulthard
Sato
Button
R.Schumacher
Massa
De La Rosa
Klien
Raikkonen
Webber
Fisichella
Heifdeld
M.Schumacher
Trulli
Alonso
Friesacher on track - front end all over the place - generally untidy - no big problems though.
Albers on track - unremarkable lap - clean
Monteiro on track - see above
Karthikeyan - untidy - very untidy
Villeneuve - Locking up at t9 - untidy.
Barrichello - was well up in s2 - pulled off the track just after the pit lane exit - oh dear
Coulthard - well up on RB. Much better than yesterdays lap.
Sato - His first Q2 session of the year.
Ran wide at t12 - little untidy
Button - Very tidy - pretty quick too.
R.Schumacher - A clean lap *unlike yesterday* Shows that the Toyota is quick
Massa - slightly messy but slow
De La Rosa - slow in the middle sector
Klien - Very nice lap. Most improved driver I think
Raikkonen - Very tidy but surprisingly slow..couldn't see anywhere where he lost so much time
Webber - Bit of a bobble at T2 - held onto it though.
Fisichella - Untidy through T1 and T2
Heidfeld - Tidy lap
M.Schumacher - Big twitch at T4 - Quick though.
Trulli - Again slow in the middle section - all I can think of is fuel levels.
Alonso - This car is superb. I think Alonso is in with a very good shot at the title this year.

I suspect that some of cars are carring some odd levels of fuel.
Ferrari are ripping the rear end of Barrichello's car apart - Still no official news.
Still no news from Ferrari - Apparently the Head of Race engines went up to Ross Brawn when RB's lap started - but they are removing the gearbox from the car though - could be engine or gearbox.
Alonso nailed it. Superbly driven.
Just heard - another gearbox failure for Barrichello - they don't have a spare - will they be able to cobble a gearbox together from the remains of the other 2?
