Im confused as to why Lewis got a penalty? If they penalised him for the accident with Massa, fair doos, it was a bit half and half, but how has he got a penalty for the 1st corner?

No doubt as soon as the Massa incident happened Ferrari lodged a complaint to the stewards regards Hamiltons first corner incident as they knew they were gonna get a penalty...
