2009 Ashes Series - England vs. Australia **Spoilers**

Looking forward to seeing Freddie's throw on the highlights tonight.

Looks like England have the breakthrough now, seems like Ponting's run out was the catalyst.
 
The forecast I've seen is poor for tomorrow so I'm nervous as we don't look like taking a wicket much - in fact we haven't all day, the three we got after this morning weren't really down to the bowling were they.
 
Anyone getting nervous yet :eek: :p

Still not too worried, there's the dangerous period at the end of the day and the opening session tomorrow if need be, think we'll still get 'em out. But they don't make it easy dammit :d
 
I'm actually starting to worry now that they've hit the 300 mark, was hoping they would have 6 or 7 out by this point :(

What a game so far...Aussies holding strong although 2 utterly stupid and silly run outs might end up costing them the match and the Ashes but at least they are fighting back.

FFS finally Hussey makes a century...pleased for him...about time hes made some runs although a little too late.

5 wickets to go and England win the Ashes but the Aussies are showing true grit and determination....just a damn shame they didnt bat this well in their first innings.

Still a long way to go but fingers crossed the Aussies hold out for a draw or even a win:eek:
 
Where's that lovely English summer when you need it.

After being robbed in the first test i think it's only justice we get recipricated tomorrow ....providing we hang on this arvo. :)

Oh come off it, there's a full day left, if we don't bowl them out they're going to win, simple as that.

With the pitch as it is, could see a few more falling now with the new batsmen coming in.
