Nah, they'll just re-hash the 3gs and sell it in a multitude of different colours, and they'll fly off the shelves

Actually, thinking about it, your probubly right.
It will be the 3GS but with some extra power in it, better battery, better camera, and now available in funky colours.
The current iPhone has 32GB, the current Ipod touch has 64GB..... The next generation of iPhone will make the jump no doubt
Dual Core true multitasking, very plausible although it will be multitasking only the stuff apple wants YOU to with YOUR phone so they can get the most $$ out of YOUR purchase
All this and start saving now, your not gunna get much change out of an arm and a leg on a 24 month contract....
I frikkin love my iPhone and couldnt see myself using any other (allthough i nearly bought a HTC HD2), BUT unless i can jailbreak it i wont be lining up at the door on release day

OP just look at last years phones and that will be about where the iPhone will be, except with an Apple logo and OS...

Thing is, I have a Magic now, and the iPhone is so much easier to use, it's faster, more slick and simply works, even with the Vanilla Apple OS on it, so if this new one has a better camera and is better than the 3GS then I am very interested.
apple already have the 64gb ipod touch out...
So i can't see any reason why they wouldn't release a 64GB iphone

Why do apple charge ridiculous amounts for higher memory models? A 16gb micro sd is £30 and a 32gb is £66, yet they charge stupid amounts.

I could see them releasing a 64 gb iphone....but dual core?? lol ermm they actually need to put a dual core to multi task??...hell old smartphones with slow cpu's can multi task without the need for dual cores.
Like i said its just rubbish rumours...although it will be interesting to see what apple does next with the iphone.
