2011 Hayfever

Should I just get some stuff off the shelf or should I go to the doctors first to get tested for allergies and what not?
 
Well my hayfever has been horrible today.

I've not stopped blowing my nose since I woke up, sneezing loads, sore throat. I'm going to the doctors this week to ask about an injection. I have no energy to do anything and can't go outside, I'm not putting up with this **** all summer.
 
hate it tbh.. :/ one day the medicine works the other it doesn't started at 17 was the worst 2 years ago.. used to sneeze all day long with ~5min breaks between sneezes.. it was so bad the blood started coming out of my nose + bad headaches.. basically i felt HORRIBLE.. no wait.. thats not the word.. i wanted to "die" for that season as it was killing me.. i had to sit all day and do nothing... grr
 
Today has been bad for me aswell, not sure why after we had loads of rain yesterday, norm clears the air. I take tabs and just man up TBH :D
 
been a bad year due to the warm spring I take it. Every morning on the train i'm hit badly, ok today though. Not sure the drug i'm using is doing anything
 
Really glad it's not just me then. My eyes have been burning like crazy this year, even with only wearing contacts every other day. I was considering a visit to my optician to get checked out as they're continually itching.
 
Im quite lucky, had a really good year, other than when I started this thread I have only had the odd bad day.

I was told years ago you could grow out of this type of thing over a long period, im crossing my fingers thats true as I do seem ever so slightly better as every year passes.
