I think the handball was obvious, but then I thought the ball across towards Rooney came from Swindon players climbing all over Brentford players so should have been a foul before hand. Their scorer should have had a yellow, maybe even an outside shot at a red because it was a really bad tackle. There was also a handball Brentford should have got but that was just outside the area.

not great, and again the same/similar tactic which is defend till later in the game, bring another striker, Forrester and Saunders on and attack a lot more.

Their goal, its a great strike of the ball but poor defending, Douglas got caught out ran into the back line and left the edge of the box completely unmarked, if he started on the edge of the box where he really should have been, probably wouldn't have been a goal.

LOL, just saw on the replay, from the one angle you can see as Conner handballs it that big ******* defender has one of our guys in a headlock :p I think he basically jumped with his arm holding that guy down, with his arm over his shoulder, around his neck, then as the ball goes across he just continues to keep him in a headlock. Without that I think Swindon would be hard done by not to have the penalty, but I think there were 1-2 pretty blatant fouls before that.

Rubbish game yesterday. For some reason, our last three games this season we've completely gone to pot. We've stopped playing football and have insisted on hoofing it up the pitch. Not ideal when then average height of opposition centre backs is about 6'4".

Swindon coped very easily with our style of play yesterday, however that said it was incredibly windy out there which lead to tricky conditions. Not re-watched the match yet, but we didn't really deserve the penalty at the end. Thought the only players to come out of the game yesterday with any credit were Simon Moore and Shay Logan.

On the plus side, we should have 5 or 6 relatively fresh players for the the game tomorrow, and (I think Uwe said this last night) the second leg could be won based on the recovery of the players today. Hopefully tomorrow we should play an attacking team, take the game to Swinedon, keep the ball on the ground and make the most of the good pitch... but we won't! We'll panic and get nervous ;)

Anyone watching the playoffs atm. Terrible mistake. Bradford 1-0 up. Is Phil Parkinsonism always this animated?... Something seemed go have him riled earlier!

Just started watching, looking forward to seeing the mess up at half time! Really hope Burton get through :)

Absolute dive from the replay, massive dive, what I really can't get is the commentators are banging on about it being in or out of the penalty area, and haven't mentioned there is utterly no contact, he slid, stupidly, for no reason, but didn't go through the player, nor touch him.

Yeah, what I saw earlier in the season, couple live games, including the Chelsea games(more first leg than second) Brentford player great passing football, last few games, its all sitting behind the ball knocking it long then putting on Forrester in the final 20-30mins and starting to try to pass. I guess its a tactic, he thinks the players are panicked/pressured by promotion. It wasn't great, though better in the final 20 with obviously more attempts to run the ball with Forrester, but not a patch on the team I saw against Chelsea and, I can't even remember which league games were live.

Jesus, Bradford back on top and then Burton with a couple great chances, last week has been pretty mental.
