I probably could bench more than 67.5, I just can't risk it at the moment, shoulder aids ruins me.

I may look in to cycling in flat bench every so many weeks.

EDIT: Not the point :D I could do 180 I think if I was more fresh.

Once my shoulder is healthy I'm hoping to even out my bench a bit more.

Did a snatch and c+j session tonight, shoulder strength really letting the side down. Also fixed incorrect placement.

Can you write out what is what lift please? Somethings got confused on the table.

No, I've never used a belt, just straps for my heavy pulls.
