So guys, here it is. A new year, a new table! A few rule changes for how this will work now! The new 2013 Powerlifting Totals table will only be for lifts performed in (you guessed it) 2013! Last years totals will be included in this thread for comparisons sake.

For those of you who have had massive changes in their training regimes over the years, I'll include a "Life Time PB Totals" list which is opt-in only - if you don't explicitly ask to be included in this you won't be. Let's face it, most people's personal best will be their current one.


*** The Rules ***

  • State your 1RM (one rep max) for the 3 big lifts in Kilos. Preferably using a normal Olympic 20kg barbell.
    1. Bench
    2. Squat
    3. Deadlift
  • State your bodyweight in Kilos.
  • If you have less than 250 posts, please post a video if you want to join us on the score board.


Please advise if you use a belt, straps, smith machine and/or any other lifting aids or non standard machinery. If we are not satisfied it counts for this league it will be discounted - however please contribute to the Gym Rats Thread to update us on your progress.

Ideally it would be great if you could post a video of the lift - not for the sake of disbelief or lack of trust, however for the sake of interest of those taking part. This is not mandatory, however I should ask that you are honest about your lifts.

Is it a lift most people can do? Is the log the big, uh, log type thing with bars going across the inside?

Stiv, this isn't necessarily for 1rm. You can include your heaviest set for reps in here if you want, and you can update it every week if you're smashing PBs weekly :) Just let me know it's for reps (use the key in the OP) :)
 
to get the 2013 table up and running, can active members post up there most recent efforts/best efforts within the last year?

i can see a number of people not actually pushing for rm's any time soon considering the recent influx of new pb's

I'll put Chris' on for 2 reasons. 1, it's pretty damned recent, 2 he's not on the 2012 list anyway! Chris, enjoy being number 1!
 
In fact, who had the LATEST Wilks? Tom_e's stats are a bit different for the likes of JackCarver and RoahNS, who as far as I know haven't updated in a long time?
 
Yes but then there's where do you draw the line, at a lift 6 days ago? 6 weeks ago? 6 months ago? So I drew the line at the back end of December.

Look, Djeez, go down the gym tonight. If you're doing deads, stick a couple of extra plates on at the end of your working set and pop out a single at a decent weight. Sure it won't be a pure 1rm test, but at least you'll get your name on the 2013 table if it's that important to you :p

I'm also not going to sit here and decide who the regulars are for the sake of kickstarting the table. It's a table. It's in no rush to get going! :p
 
All updated, took your Bench off Delvis but it's okay - I'm at the bottom with only one lift this year :p Was going to add my 115 working set squats and 125kg working set deads but thought I'll wait til I do a PB test.

Ultra, Morba may well OHP that but he's not done the lift this year!
