That'll do nicely.

The first half was a bit of a mess and the 'first choice' defence didn't look great at all, but they were better in the second half and Blackett was a big improvement.

Cleverley was actually a big improvement on Fletcher (think he was probably tired having only just played on Saturday), but I don't particularly rate either of them. Fine as squad players.

Shaw did really well today after a bit of a rough start in the other games.

I thought Young played pretty well again tonight. Herrera was excellent again, apart from a brief couple of dodgy passes in the second half his usage of the ball is excellent.

Herrera isn't afraid of a tackle either, he's no pushover (even though he looks it). Has to be careful with it, though.

Think he'd really flourish alongside a far better central midfielder, Cleverley is well, Cleverley, and Fletcher's reactions are way too slow for him.

United fans going about how they will now win the league (on facebook). So deluded. Will that mean that Real Madrid are a B (or C) grade team?

Don't get me wrong, probably United will now go into the season with A LOT more confidence than before. Only thing LvG needs to take care of is the over-confidence the team might have, and thus snubbing the smaller teams.

They're probably just joking. :/

It would be stupid to make predictions now for any team really, our tour has simply given LvG a chance to examine the current squad, and some of the younger players. We've got to raise the general quality level of the squad, and that means experience too.

Rebuilding work is still to be done.

We've kept the ball well but lack a bit of a cutting edge going forward. Hernandez doesn't do much though, not helping.

Rooney penalty well saved by the Valencia keeper (or was it the post?). Looked a bit of a dubious penalty call to be fair.

Steady first half, solid enough but Hernandez is offering less than nothing up front, has he even had a touch of the ball?!
