I can do more on the deadlift from 2013 but haven't got round to trying it heavier this year.
 
Lost on squat and deadlift since before chrimbo bulk but gained on the bench:

Damn just read through the totals and there's some awesome lifters on here.

Pulled 220kg at 77kg last week... but off 2inch blocks! Wish I'd done it off the floor so it would count now haha. Next week I'll have to try it off the floor.

Currently it's this for regular lifts. Was meaning to ask also, does bench need to be paused? Mine was paused, but I could put up a heavier bench if touch and go counts? Cheers!

EDIT: read it properly and added the belt etc.
 
Are these lifts all this year or are they current pb's. Aslo touch and go is fine. It's generally only the power lifters that do paused bench as that's how they have to lift in comps.

Yup these lifts are all this year. I also did a 220kg dead off 2 inch blocks but that doesn't count haha. The bench was paused anyways, I tend to pause most of my heavier reps. I put up a video of a fatter me doing 140 for 3 paused, but I'm a lot lighter now.
