***2014 Powerlifting Totals Thread***

Finally reached my 500kg total goal for 2013, 2 weeks over christmas/new year ended up being lost, no gym time due to illness and lack of transport. Ended up loosing a bit of strength and it took me about 4-5 weeks to get back to were i was and another 2-3 weeks to reach my goal.

Just finished a cycle with a bit more volume and speed work in than usual, seemed to help the oly lifts more than the power lifts but will take a few to see how it pans out.

Bench has gone up as I had someone to spot me (no longer forever alone) and I managed 2 reps.

AndrewNR --------------- 104 / 138 / 138 ------------- [101] ------380

This is based on only being able to do 5 reps according to http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/other7.htm (although I've based it on my 5 x 5 weights).

In reality it's probably a bit higher, but not much. ;)

Squat is still the same as I have lowered the weight to work on form.

If those are projected 1 rep maxes it's a little cheeky to enter them.

Technically we don't care what your 1rm is, we want to know what the most weight you've lifted is (for example, this is currently my squat 2rm).

Manage to smash my bench PB this weekend, totally unexpected to be honest. Went for 122.5 (New PB) and it went up quite easy, so then went up again and tried 125, just managed it. So figured i'd go up again and tried 127.5, slowest rep i've ever done, and it must have been stationary for a good 3-4 second, but it went up eventually.

Also Bodyweight is up to 95kg
