Some major shocks so far.

Barneveld out and thus his career ends - dreadful interview after as well, car crash stuff.

Cross out - no major surprise, been poor for a while now.

Van Gerwen had a wobble and struggled his way past Klaasen, he can only get better from here.

Interesting to see how Mikuru Suzuki gets on here. She's by far the best female player on the planet right now, I reckon she might just win this match.

On another note - BDO worlds may not be happening. More on that when BDO clarify the situation.

Amazing! Well done Fallon. She played fantastic. She actually did the match treble, win, highest checkout and most 180’s. Staggering stuff.

Some jammy sod had a tenner on that at 66/1. Wasn't me sadly!

Match of the tournament so far between Webster and Lewis. Insane standard and Webby just missed D12 for a 9 darter.

Will be interesting to see how she gets on in the BDO women’s championship. She’s 2/1 fav atm.

I think it's an over-reaction tbh, I still think Suzuki is an all-round better player.

Next match he’ll probably drop into the mid 90’s. He’s so inconsistent. Sometimes just leg to leg.

Spot on, looks like he'll get spanked 4-0.

Soon as I say that he reels off 6 legs out of 7 and trails just 3-2.

He's HORRIBLY inconsistent.

De Zwaan led by a break in the final set and lost. He hit a real purple patch but when he plays poorly, he's bang average.

Wright was way under average that game.Still a pretty decent game to watch though.
Durrant should be a great game.

Durrant's a bit of a dark horse for me. Pretty consistent but I think his top level is probably good enough to get him to the semis. You can't underestimate any BDO champion, there's few that switched to the PDC and flopped.

In the last decade or so, there’s only been four champions defect iirc, Barney, Bunting, Klaasen and Durrant. I’d argue that Klaasen and Bunting have been flops, Barney obviously not and it remains to be seen with Durrant.

Gary Anderson is ex-BDO isn't he? As was MVG! Whitlock too.. they're not bad

Class finish, will need to improve on that to progress tbh. Price should win 4-1, maybe 4-0.
