The 2019 Powerlifting Totals table will be for lifts performed ONLY in 2019! Last years and subsequent years totals will be included in this thread for comparisons sake.


I would really recommend you put your totals on this board no matter how big or small. It's a nice way to track your progress and can occasionally generate a bit of competition between members which always results in more gainz


State your 1RM (one rep max) for the 3 big lifts in Kilos. Preferably using a normal Olympic 20kg barbell.
    1. Squat

Well since I used to post here I have had a torn rotator cuff, 2 shoulder dislocation and damaged ligaments in both knees so have barely train in 2 years. Just started again and my depressing totals are:

worked to a heavyish single squat the other day, I've definitely got more there but sticking to program(ish)

worked to a heavy squat last night, the weekend involved a heavy session and im still very much feeling it so quite happy to equal my PB of last year with what felt like abit more in the tank

As happens most summers, due to the heat reducing my appetite, being relaxed and off work for 9 weeks, less access to lots of cooked breakfasts and lunches I have trimmed down slightly. Funnily enough this summer in addition to losing overall body fat my main lift and accessory lift numbers would suggest that I have relocated some muscle from my back to my front :p

I have started the winter bulk this week and am already feeling better with my lifts.

why the decrease on the deadlift? you still pulled it this year :)

You'll be pleased to know I did.......

40kg on my bench this week for my deload :p hahaha

wish I could add 40kg onto my total :D
