Well, this is probably the strongest I’ll be for a while. The end of the year will be catch up.

Also 80kg OHP for triples.
50kg hammer curls.
Have maxed out most machines.

This will have to do for now. It’s going to be painful starting back.

Haven’t updated this in ages and wasn’t sure where I’d be at the end of the year.

More pleased with my 85kg OHP. Loads in the tank with squats, onto 200 next year - ideally with a new rack over Easter. Tiny bit in the tank with bench, onto 160 next year. Deadlift is capped for now, hovering just below 250kg, but will aim to exceed that next year by 10-20kg. On track to 90kg body weight in January and then new aim of 92.5kg - anymore I won’t fit into any of my clothes :D
