2022 AFCON + Loads of Banter

Personality of a wooden spoon, no idea how he gets so much work on the BBC channels.

Those penalties were horrible.
Generally talks utter **** too. Onuoha on the other hand was an outstanding pundit - the BBC should get him on more often at the expense of Jenas and Danny Murphy.

I'm all for diversity but did anyone notice a complete lack of diversity in the pundits at half time?

I thought we were kicking racism out of football yet to me the cast seemed like 100% not diverse.

The coverage of the whole tournament had been **** poor from the matches I've seen, take Ekoku today on co-comms.. dull, monotone and offered bugger all insight.

Both the BBC and ITV need a total rethink of their coverage of matches for me, lightyears behind the likes of sky, bt and amazon.

This whole tournament has been a massive confirmation of why no one really gives a single **** about AFCON.

Onuoha is boring too. He just sounds less boring in comparison. None of them say anything interesting. Pundits, commentators, presenters. All crap.

David Pleat used to say some things that were sort of vaguely interesting inbetween pronouncing things badly. Ally McCoist it probably the best of crop at the moment when he's not got his "I want this team to win" googles on. Seedorf was good back in WC 2012 (it's been that long!)

Football punditry and commentary is a billion miles behind other sports where they employ people who know the sport rather than knowing how to present and half the time doing that badly.

Richardson was a good presenter and what happened to him?

Micah Richards is an absolute pox.

McCoist feels like a breath of fresh air because he comes across as if he genuinely enjoys watching football which is the opposite to how dull and uninterested BBC and ITV pundits sound.

I wouldn't say that, I caught the NFL show on BBC1 last night. Dear god that was horrible.

NFL show on BBC is terrible, the two so called experts on there just have a laugh most of the time. The SKY coverage is very good though and the actual American commentators and their NFL shows, analysis etc. is excellent
