Lessen learned. Always do a refund if you can.

It's pretty much Amazon's MO as it's cheaper and easier for them too.
 
Update I have:

Card is on test running GTA5.

I have asked for an eta, none provided. Also asked about the Asus 'Turbo' RMA service I thought was in place - they've never heard of it.

Ugh
 
Card is being returned to me, no crashes found in GTA V, Metro Exodus, and BF V.

Hopefully my crashes and bluescreens don't return when I put it back in.. have had none since taking it out :/

Have tried all sorts including fresh install.

Card is back today will get time to test tomorrow hopefully..

what was the outcome on this?
 
Touch wood, all is good!

Weirdly, I had to disable XMP, despite the machine passing every test that was thrown at it. I set the speed + timings manually (to the same as the xmp values..!)

To this date it's only division 2 that I've had issues with and the XMP disable seems to have sorted that.
