FFS it says earliest launch now 13:30GMT. Is this:

A) wrong and they mean 13:30 BST?
B) Correct and they mean 14:30 BST?

EDIT: Now changed to "14:00PM GMT" so is that 2pm or 3pm current UK time? The only reason I doubt, is because they had a countdown which just ended minutes ago so it is confusing.
