they are the 3007-hc panels as i wouldnt touch the 3008 ones due to poor/low standard manufact process....seen some dells with 3 or 4 clusters of bad pixels we are talking in the range of 50-70 faulty pixels, and even sadder i have heard people going through dells return procedure several times with the same condition one after another...:eek:nasty.

hazro 30" almost has no faults except usaual 30" ips side effects although both of mine have very low backlight blead and no faulty pixels at all (touch wood) maybe i got lucky;)

i use 2 8800gt in sli and while there are games that dont run smoothly at 2560x res i havent had any problems at lower resolution of 1920x and 1680x as the graphics cards seems to do okay and yes i know it not the same as hardware scaling but its okay for movies and games in fact it helps as a cheap software method of not using antilizing as it smoothes the jaggys.

basically some people are pickier than others (photoshop, 360 and wii users)..
me i wanted it for games, movies and everyday work and they fit all my criterias.

i wouldnt hesitate in buying another just to stroke another alluminium housing...:eek:forget i said that:D

unfortuantly at the moment im typing this on my laptop since the main rig is having alterations so the desk is too messy ill try and get some pictures in the next few of days so stay tuned:)

sorry about the delay ... heres my 2 30" hazros and i thinking of a 3rd :D







in case amnyone was wondering i am using the windows vista ultimate dreamscene of water going down a plug hole, although i wouldnt mind a stargate wormhole effect or the intro to the fringe;)
