here are my first results @4.5ghz 6hrs prime stable will go for 5ghz tomorrow

Nice one! These are the best chip (overtake Intel quad core Q6600 for anyone to upgrade to i7 2500k)

Good luck to your 5GHz tomorrow but it will be much hardest thought, do not overdo your vcore of more than 1.4v) Are you using air cooler or custom water cooling ?
 
From the two screens it looks like you are doing this on the Turbo as one is as 16x and one is at 45x is that correct?
 
yes thats how the overclocking works on SB

I thought that i saw in reviews they were not using the turbo but actually setting it so that it always ran at a certain speed. Turbo means that it'll throttle back frequency and voltage, setting it all manually and disabling turbo will allow you to have a little more control.

That what i got from the reviews anyway.

EDIT: and reading again i believe i may have been wrong.

I read somewhere there are only two voltages that make any difference when overclocking. One is vcore and the other I forget its name.... ICCP? mmm that doesn't look right.
