2600k Hong kong

All i was saying was i think there going to be less over there than in the UK (dont want to start all this again.)

Think you gave the answer i was looking for when you said about your Q9550. let me guess it had been over clocked? but it just broke when you had it stock. Thats not faulty CPUs and boards thats prob poor cooling or lack of experience. tbh they both go hand in hand.

Last note cos i dont care, Look through the posts i was just saying what i think,i was not bitching or calling names till others started. Think there are other ppl in this post that need to except other other people's opinions and not go out there way just to prove them wrong.

Thanks for the heads up on the ignore button. Lets see it it works.

Good luck with the Chips mate.
This is the last from me..

Killari> Put it in a lettler and post it to someone that gives a **** about what you think! You know nothing about me and just for the record i will have payed more tax this mth than you will earn in a year!

You do realise you've just done what you've just accused him of? "You know nothing about me, but somehow I know how much you're paid per year, so I know that I pay more than you earn." (plus some spelling mistakes)

Also, for someone who earns a ton of money supposedly, you appear to have been educated in the English language by some complete moron.

Thanks Jon for the ignore list tip - he's gone on it.

I can afford it. When was anything said about me not being able to?

OOOOO lets not go down that road :)

As for my spelling and grammar im dyslexic. If you want it all retyping i will ask on Tusday.
Suppose thats a reason why i dont have money or 21 full time staff and 9 contractors.

Really let's not carry on unless its about the OP.

Then you should buy from a British supplier.

The VAT will go towards keeping the country running and the money paid to OcUK (or whoever you buy from) will support British jobs.

I don't know what sort of company you have but if all your customers went abroad because it was cheaper you'd soon be in trouble.

if its cheap enough (which its not according to this)then its worth the risk, its like buying of ebay,i bought my lapped Q6600 from ebay nearly 2 years ago from a guy who used to run it @ 3.8 to 4ghz water cooled & its still working fine but i'm selling it soon for bulldozer. (i hope) :p

The only thing a bought from HK was a dvb-s2 card wich worked out at £50 with free postage it was £90 in this country. Saying that i wouldn't buy any other hardware like cpu's from HK just to risky.

I have just come back from a visit to Taiwan and HK. HK prices are very comparable to the UK prices so your saving will be minimal if not non-existant if your buddy were going to Taiwan however you could have made a killing buying Ipads to sell over here I bought two 64GB Ipad 2's at £495 each, it was not available out there at the time they only had them because they came from America. I sold them on for £1150 and £1127 to Apple fanboys. Paid for the majority of the flight cost for me and my wife, so we had a cheaper holiday :D
