On just a single 295 X2 you rarely hit this limit, even in this heat.

The only way we can get them to hit this limit is in quadfire, with both the CPU under stress and looping Heaven, that is in a very humid area in our office which is around 30c.

So a single card in a room under 25c should rarely hit the throttle limit.

Ran Heaven for a few hours earlier and my top Tri-X managed to hit 90c

Still not bad though, the reference card would have prob hit 94c within 5 mins!!!
