Why? Because one of your seagate drives failed? Seagate are no worse than any other.

Try 4 drives fail, combined with poor returns service.

My family have also had 3 drives fail between them, all with similar issues.

So, as I said before, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.

Quoted for the truth. I'd rather pay a bit more and get a WD or a Samsung drive, Seagate are abysmal.
