£300 for Sound please help

I have recently bought ;

Panny PZ85 Plasma
PS3
SKY HD

I need some decnt sound to go with it and have a budget of £300 topps , now i know all you purists will curse me and teh missis will not let me go any more .

Any suggestion please , not to fussed about rear speakers either .

Second hand AV amp and stereo speakers, then buy a centre and sub at a later date.

Easyrider just got these for £260 http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17957732. Maybe sell the rears and put the money towards an amp.
