3060Ti

I just got hold of my Zotac 3060ti from a small shop.. tbh this little card runs so hot I could cook on it. It does reach 73C in World of Warcraft at 50-60% load... You can hear it over the system :)).. My Asus Strix 1080 or my past 2070S Aorus Extreme never exceed 60C in same game...

I play Warzone on my, 1080 with everything maxed and it hits 52oC tops, there's something odd going on with your card and cooling I'd say, granted mines the FE but I wouldn't expect an AIB to get that much hotter..

Well received a zotac after ordering the inno and agreeing to swap out... but kinda regretting the decision because the card is so damn loud. First thing the missus said when she came in was damn that's loud. Kinda wishing I stuck out with my 1080 :D. Anyone want a 3060ti? :D. Performance wise its a killer... but it is running very loud indeed. Limiting fans to 60% or so I can maintain around 81 degrees which is slightly less than what my 1080 ran at. With fans on the auto profile it tends to sit around 71-73.

That doesn't seem right at all mate. I'll check mine when I get it but I really hope your's is just a one off.

Under volt the card to around 0.925V with MSI afterburner it knocks a good 50W off heavy loads and will reduce the temps greatly.

^ +1 on what he said.. I mean for me 70 seem hot.. this baby seems to sit comfortable at 80+ and sounds like is going to take off... might sell it for 450 :))

I don't think I can do that sir

There seems to be horrible oscillation noises with any fan speeds over 52% tbh which seems to be an audible sweet spot. Bit of a bugger tbh... might be sending it back to OC at this rate. :D. I'll consider undervolting perhaps but really shouldn't be having these issues with such a pricey card when my old Zotac 1080 is quiet as a mouse even at full chat.

Do you run with vsync by anychance for those temps? I like to push frames myself :D.

not sure how to apply specific voltages at least in afterburner on these cards... seems pretty locked. Chose third party and reference design with no joy.

Nope, I took it off to see how high the frame rate would go, I was getting just over high 150FPS at that temp.
I do normally run with vsync on tho, not that it make any odds.

Just received my card! And a tiny bag of Haribo :D thanks OCUK! It's going to live on the test bench for a few days till I can dismantle my daily.
Have to say the pictures don't do the Palit card justice. It's a nice looking little card. The back plate is plastic but has a nice finish to it.

I was the same yesterday! my card arrives in this HUGE box, well packed of course but I was looking for that Special Haribo first lol

Is anyone else having issues with the lighting on the zotac 3060ti when opening the firestorm software the spectra (lighting menu) is grayed out Apart from that the card is great

oh FFS!!! i would send it back mate, you really dont know what lasting damage has been caused by that damage.

But its your call end of the day if your going to unseal the card and test it.
