I got mine 5mins after the notification dropped on discord, People’s orders get rejected or payments fail etc so it’s definitely worth sticking at if for 10mins
 
it wasn't the captcha that slowed me down it was my phone thinking I had selected the number in the url and wanted to dial it. Happily a refresh on the store page got a basket. still waiting for picking for a sat delivery. Beer is now kicking in.

Discord lets everyone create their own server. What you could do is follow whichever channel and have it set to your own server where you are with full admin and precisely set the alert and activity to show up on your phone. It might get quite irritating otherwise as a lot of detail is not uk. I clicked like a dozen alerts a day and 90% are a waste of time, some are scams. 3090 for 900 or 100 I saw once lol. With a single item this expensive I'd say credit card is probably best just in case as its their responsibility to ensure its a genuine retail purchase etc. this is especially true as you rush to buy, Im sure some are taking advantage of that
