I ordered one directly from Corsair yesterday, although £25 including shipping is a bit steep.

they are much better imo, no heat shrink, each cable sleeved from start to end individually, looks much better. Love there premium silver wire finish they do.

OK, I am officialy completely giving up on Nvidia Ampere.
Just selling my Alienware 3418dw G-sync monitor to get out of Nvidia lockdown and getting Gigabyte G34WQC instead.
If reviews for AMD 6800XT end in RTX 3080 balpark, I am swithing to 6800XT and getting Ryzen R9 5900x as well.

Great decision xdave, take no notice of Dirk, it will be >3% if you go full AMD.

Distill chrome extension refreshing the nvidia website, I got mine a couple of weeks ago, I was working and got the notification on Distill

Any tips on setting this up? I have the element on "OUT OF STOCK" but not sure how I should set up the conditions.

I did have the "out of stock" selection too, refresh every 15 min, email and sound notification

Mine took around 2 weeks, direct from hong kong air mail.

Been sat on mine for nearly 2 months since i never got a 3080 FE lol!

Needs to be more frequent than that. Managed to get an FE last week and had it set to refresh every 20 seconds. One thing I noticed is that if a drop is happening then the page changes for a few seconds earlier in the day to apply the new competitor link. Distill picked up the change about 10 minutes before the sales went live. I'd imagine it'll be a similar story when the next batch drops.
Problem with 15 minute refresh is that if the sales go live just after Distill does a refresh, then 15 minutes later the cards will be gone and you'll be none the wiser.

If leaks are true RDNA2 cards might have actually decent RT that does not need custom libraries as its embed in DX12 ultimate API, and if/when AMD ads their own DLSS it might perform comparable or even better than Ampere.
Let's wait for independent benchmarks before stating that AMD is crap in RT.

For me the 15 min worked, but I got an FE on the first batch with the competitor, so not a lot of people knew about that. But I guess it makes sense to reduce the refresh time
