My first gen ryzen 1920x @ stock was slightly faster single core than my 4.6GHz overclocked 4820K. (168 vs 164 single core in cinebench R15) Second gen ryzen ought to be a bit faster again.just wait imo. no point upgrading to the 3770k.
oc ryzen 2nd gen has same single core performance as a 3770k.
and 3570k isn't really going to bottleneck a 980ti unless you're playing a highly multithreaded game (like bfv/ac)
(i'm playing on a 3770k @4.5 with a 1080ti fwiw)
