360 only or PS3 only 'owners' - not if you are rich and have both

I have a 360 Elite and i wouldnt change it for the world...does everything i want it to do ie play games and not try to be some fancy multimedia machine.

Wouldnt touch a PS3 as theres hardly any decent games out for it and secondly i dont think its worth its price tbqh. You could give me one for free and it would be up for sale as soon i had the chance to do so:p. Dont get me wrong i love Sony products ie TVs. cameras, camcorders etc etc but the PS3 for me is their weakest link in their product line up.
 
even though i own all 3 this gen systems. i'm sure i'd have been very happy just owning any one system as i think they were all must have systems and would keep any single user owner happy.

the spanner in the works for me would be that since i've owned all 3, i find that 2 of them hardly get used.
the PS3/60gb was used on Sunday (to get v2 update and try Uncharted + Ratchet) after not having been used for a few weeks and the Wii was last used a while ago to also get an update.

so, i'd recommend any of the 3 to people wanting a system, but i'll stick with the seriously flawed 360 for my gaming needs.

and before anyone asks why keep the other 2 then... the Wii will be traded with 360 premium (when it comes back) to get Elite and PS3 will perhaps stay until i see what home is like.

Got the elite last week, its absolutely fab, quick question can you get black hd players?
 
I have all three consoles, love my elite 360 and when the fiance lets me have my 40 gig PS3 I will love that too ( already had the 60gig and it was excellent ) and the wii is ok for what it is ( more a toy and gimmick but thats my opinion and that counts for jack ).

As for only choosing one , sorry couldn't do it love both the machines 360 has excellent games and online and the PS3 is making serious strides in both directions aswell as it being an excellent multimedia machine.
 
Have all 3 too, at the moment Xbox 360 is getting most action, but this changes daily. Do not have a preference between the 3. One day I will want to play Xbox, next PS3 and maybe next Wii.

ive only got an xbox 360 and am more than happy with it.

ill probably get a PS3 when MGS4 and FF13 come out if they dont come out on Xbox. Ive spent time with a PS3 and its a nice console but doesnt really offer me anything currently that my Xbox doesn't have.
 
360 and not a doubt in site. The exclusives are good, Bioshock is great and Mass Effect should be brilliant as well. Cross platform games seem to (nearly) always come out sooner/better/cheaper on the 360.

Doubt I will ever get a PS3.
 
I have a 360 and if I had the option again (then or now) Id still get a 360. Im considering getting a second console some point soon but for me I couldn't not own a 360.
 
I have a 360 now, I started with a 360 then went to a ps3 then back to a 360.
I will still choose the 360 if I can only ever have one.
That said if I could do it all again I would choose not to own either and spend it on my system instead.
 
I had an Xbox and ended up trading it in for a PS3. If I could go back and do it again, i'd do exactly the same. I tried the Xbox, didn't like it. Tried the PS3, loved it. I wouldn't have liked to just buy one of the consoles without trying the other one at some point.
