3870x2 running cod4

Probally sound like a hairdryer . . . . :rolleyes:

I hope HIS bring out an IceQ3 version otherwise I'll just wait till they do. . . :p

Anyway I want to see proper benchmarks i.e. FPS @ 1900x1200 with AA/AF on. . . otherwise forget it. ;)

Nah nah, dunno what happened to be honest! Just gave up during bioshock...then gave up right away in Counter Strike....then Gave up with my desktop.....then gave up on boot....then gave up completely to give me the old death beeps! At least it didnt give up without a fight :)

He "accidently" submerged it in a pan of soup. Total fluke occurance. Nothing to do with wanting a 3870X2 at all. Could have happened to anyone.
 
What a funny time to die eh? :p, let me guess you are obviously going to be a refund so you can get a 3870X2 right? :D:D

As I said, im sure they'll get me a new one ;) tho at least my HiS Digital one no longer is for sale on OCuK

Past 28days mate ;) Back to manufacturer I bet and replaced! I'll have no option here

Are you going to sell it as new and sealed on the bay to get the retail the highest possible price?

Well you should get it back before the X2 is out? There should be some propor reviews a couple of days, maybe a week before the X2 is out as AMD will no doubt send out samples to some of the top review sites so we could get an idea of the performance and price before they are out then get the 3870 sold ASAP after you get some more info.
 
Feb could end up being a decent time for my PC! Needing a new case and obviously if i pop an HD3870x2 in there too I'll be loving it! Plus I do have my 26"HDTV now so I can get gaming @ 1920x1080 :D

What HDTV is it? I never knew there was 26" ones with that res, my dads Samsung 37" is only 720P or I.
