I would be very interested to hear your experiences with DCS:- A-10C Warthog in 3d.

Hi Nate - I'm the same topdog you see on ED's forums too (and you kinda look like the same Nate 
) - I'm more of a shark flyer than I am A10C at the moment and some of the anomalies to deal with come into play in some very specific places.
In BS the two main things I've seen so far are that the yellow reticle in the HMS goes a little crazy (I wish I could capture a picture but it looks like some kind of southpark ninja character's head), and the shkval has a lighting issue with some ground gradients/surfaces, where one eye sees a lighter shade (of grey) than the other will see (results in a flicker).
Other than a couple of joyride flights in A10C I haven't used all the systems (like the IR/contrast camera images on the MFDs would be a prime suspect for anomalies to creep in, as would the NVG though they work well in BS) to check yet but should be finding those out soon.
The inner cockpit and general flight is off the wall though. External views for both BS and A10C feel very muted by comparison, though in both games in or out of cockpit the sense of elevation is superb.
I think I'll grab some trk files to be able to check out quicker the features that will be a way off yet for me to use/master.

Just thought I'd mention, if any games you're playing suddenly seem to have developed a big red-text overlay across the middle of the screen saying "Out of memory", then it looks like it is a bug in the 275.xx nvidia drivers that I think is 3d vision specific. I went back a version or two to get rid of it.
Just finished DragonAge 1 now
A game I had no intention of touching previously, became a game I couldn't put down. I know a lot of that is to do with the game quality itself, but part way through playing I'd sometimes switch to '2d' and sit there looking at this animated oil painting / cartoon, thinking to myself the developers went to an awful lot of trouble to get this looking as good as it can in 2d, it's a shame that most of their efforts were muted (not a typo, I don't mean 'mooted') when the game isn't running in stereo3d. I probably would never have played it in 2d.
Going to get DA2 now from that rain forest, since it's a tenner at the moment. Despite the critics (more "linear", less variation in locations, etc.), I think the stereo3d is going to make that quite the adventure too.
P.s. the 'critical hit' death scenes of ogres and high dragons in stereo3d was quite a sight to behold, I lapped those up in spades
