3d mark 06 question..

Running coolbits just enables overclocking within the nvidia drivers, there is no 'coolbits' part. You need to open the Nvidia control panel to see the overclocking sliders.
 
Where it offers you to click to start the nvidia control panel, on the left select Control Panel User Interface, and select Classic and apply it, then you should see the options on the left ;).
