I could almost understand the complaints if it was a popular game. That said I won't be running this or installing Vista. My 3D Mark days are over :p

Yeah but this time the cpu tests look like they were slapped together 5 mins before it got released for dload. 3dmark 06 looked decent graphically when it came out, this for the most part looks like total turd and still somehow manages to run like crap.
 
The second test looks good, what on earth is up with the first? I remember seeing screenshots of that months ago which were leaked, no one believed it was real, i was completely shocked when I actually saw it in the test!

I wouldn't have a problem with paying, but why is the only one that requires payment actually worse than all the free ones? :S

Indeed I could.

Got it sorted, it was objecting to something in the NV control panel, I defaulted all settings and off it went. It's probably been vsync or texture clamping.

Getting 18440 in Entry mode and 6500ish in Performance. It doesn't seem to stack up too well in performance, against simillar boxen, still, best wait for a load of numpties to upload their scores to flatten the average away from the way it is now.....full of people who can do their "fsb times tables" in their sleep.

The loading screen have white lines flashing all over the place, I thought it was gonna crash and waste my only run lol.
 
I wondered why there was no mention of the Dx10.1 tests in it, just found out thats because they took them out for Nvidia, as they don't do Dx10.1 cards. :D

Have you noticed the hardocp article on 10.1 in assassins creed? Nvidia are throwing a hissy fit as the ati cards support it and are benefitting from it. Apparently the next patch is removing support for it altogether.

Gotta love it when a card vendor dictates what a games dev does. :rolleyes: Then again i hear talk of $4 million being tossed around which is apparently something nvidia "invested" in ubisoft.

Maybe if nvidia didn;t release such dated ***** then the "missing render pass" wouldn't cause them so many alleged problems.
